Proficient Benefit Solutions has been notified that MasterCard is experiencing issues which is causing transactions to be denied at point of sale - impacting Benefits MasterCards.
If you need to make an out-of-pocket purchase of an FSA eligible item you can always submit that expense as a claim for reimbursement by filling out and following the instructions found on our FSA Claim Form.
We will continue to keep you updated on this situation.
UPDATE: MasterCard has informed us that the issue has been resolved and transactions should be working as normal.
