Office Changes in Response to COVID-19

We have been closely monitoring the recommendations given to help control the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We have the responsibility to do what we can to help keep our community and our employees safe and healthy. Effective 3/16/2020 and until further notice, we have suspended our walk-in service and have closed our office to all external visitors. We will review the situation in two weeks, taking into consideration the current federal recommendations relating to the virus at that time, to determine if and when we may be able to lift the suspension. Additionally, we are cancelling all out of office and in person meetings. We are requesting that all meetings be conducted electronically until further notice to promote healthy social distancing.

Everyone at Proficient Benefit Solutions is currently healthy and free of this virus, to our knowledge. Our goal here is to keep our employees safe and working. This was a very difficult decision to make considering our focus on providing personal touch service to all of our clients and participants. But, in these uncertain times, it is best to be overcautious and take every prudent step which is in the best interest of our staff, their families, our clients and their employees. The hope is by taking these precautions we will be able to serve our clients without delay or interruption throughout this pandemic.

Please continue to use your online portal or smart phone app to submit claims/receipts and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need assistance of any kind.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this short-term policy may create and want you to know that we are keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
